wearIT@work Road Show - 20 May 2009, Milan

ActValue, ENEA, HP, Giunti Labs and Grado Zero Espace are going to organize the Road Show:

The Road Show will take place on May 20, 2009 at HP site in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI), Italy.
It is aimed at professionals who are looking for innovative technologies enabling Information Technology support without interfering with primary working tasks.

wearIT@work, which is an Integrated FP6 Project co-funded by the European Commission, is the largest project world-wide in Wearable Computing. Its major goal is the development and the integration of this kind of technologies in work environments.

The Road Show will present real-life applications in several business scenarios. Participants will have the opportunity to see and experience technologies and solutions developed by wearIT@work, among which our DemoKit. The DemoKit combines some major components of the wearIT@work project, and demonstrates how wearable technology can support workers in their daily tasks by helping them without interfering with their main activities.

The participation in the Road Show is free, but participants have to register.
