The tests were performed in two different locations. The first location was at AMS premises and the participants of the test were maintenance operators of AMS. The second location is suited at the University of Bremen where a mock-up was installed where two reference groups performed the same tests.
AMS is located at Ahlhorn, Germany. 10 Maintenance workers will be available there at AMS for the wearIT@work tests. These Operators have different level of expertise. This group is counted from 1001 to 1010 and is called “group 1000”.
The location at the University of Bremen was chosen because of the availability of other subjects (test persons). 20 other persons than the maintenance operators were tested there with the build mock-up of the cabin situation with a real 800VU circuit breaker panel. The subjects consist of two different groups:
“Theoreticians” (Persons with Background in Engineering) “group 2000”
“Non-Theoreticians” (Persons with no Background in Engineering) “group 3000”
