The HotWire is a game that simulates manual physical primary tasks often found in wearable computing applications. While being involved in a primary task, the wearable computer will in parallel, present different matching tasks in a head-mounted display that you have to answer by using your wearable data glove interaction device.
The Goal of the game is to be as quick as possible in completing the HotWire while making as less as possible contacts between the loop tool and the wire.
In parallel answer in the head-mounted display appearing matching tasks correctly!
The player has to answer two different kinds of matching tasks with the data glove. There are always two possible answers – a correct and an incorrect one, as you can see in the following images.
The winner will be invited by Airbus in the name of the wearIT@work Consortium to have an offstage insight of the latest technology in aircraft assembly at the A380 assembly line in Toulouse/France.
